English Translation By Swami Sivananda

I am the sapidity in water, O Arjuna; I am the light in the moon and the sun; I am the syllable Om in all the Vedas, sound in ether and virility in men.

Transliteration

raso'hamapsu kaunteya prabhāsmi śaśisūryayoḥ
praṇavaḥ sarvavedeṣu śabdaḥ khe pauruṣaṃ nṛṣu

Translation

O son of Kunti, I am the taste in water, I am the light in the moon and the sun, the sacred syllable Om in all the Vedas, sound in ether, and ability in men.

Meaning

In this verse, Lord Krishna describes His divine immanence in the universe. He explains that He is the essential essence and core quality of all things—the taste in water, the light of the sun and moon, the primordial syllable Om in the Vedas, the sound in space, and the manhood or capability in human beings.
